Welcome to the Libido app. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the
Libido Health mobile application (“App”) and services (“Services”) provided by Libido Health
Inc. Please read these Terms carefully before using our App. By accessing or using our
Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the App, you represent
and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
2. Your Account:
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and
for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Use of Services:
● You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only.
● You will not use our Services to engage in any illegal, offensive, or harmful

Services.

7. Professional Services:
We may provide access to therapists, counselors, or other professionals
(“Professionals”) through our Services. These Professionals are independent providers
and not employed by the Libido app. We do not endorse or guarantee the services
provided by these Professionals.
8. Payments:
Some features of our Services may require payment. You agree to pay all fees
associated with your use of premium features or services.
9. Intellectual Property:
All content and materials on our App, including logos, trademarks, and software, are
owned or licensed by Libido Health. You may not use, modify, or distribute our intellectual
property without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Libido Health and its affiliates shall not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or
in connection with your use of our Services.
11. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Libido app and its affiliates from any claims,
damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of our Services or violation of these
Terms.
12. Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of
significant changes through the App or by email.
13. Termination:
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without
cause, without prior notice or liability.
14. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
